Payment Policy

nova-e shows product prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable sales tax, and final order totals in USD before the customer completes payment.

Payment methods are limited to those actually enabled in Shopify checkout. They may include major credit or debit cards and supported digital wallets. Availability varies by provider, device, issuer, order, and security review. Payment logos should match live checkout options.

Payment credentials are encrypted and processed by Shopify and the selected payment service. nova-e does not store complete card numbers or CVV codes. The provider may require address verification, fraud screening, or 3-D Secure authentication.

An order is accepted after payment authorisation, inventory review, and confirmation. We may hold or cancel a declined, reversed, duplicated, or suspicious transaction. Captured funds for an order cancelled by nova-e are returned to the original payment method. Refunds follow the Refund and Return Policy and may take additional bank-processing time.

Never send full payment credentials, passwords, or one-time codes to nova-e by email, text, or phone.
