These Terms govern your use of nova-e.shop and orders made through the store. By ordering, you agree to provide complete, accurate information and to use an authorised payment method.

Prices for US customers are displayed in USD. Checkout shows shipping charges, applicable sales tax, discounts, and total before payment. Your submitted order is an offer to buy. nova-e accepts it after payment and inventory checks and sends an order confirmation.

We may cancel an order for unavailable stock, a clear listing error, payment failure, an undeliverable address, suspected fraud, duplicate ordering, or legal restrictions. If we captured payment for a cancelled order, we refund it to the original payment method.

Do not attack or disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape content commercially, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Website content belongs to nova-e or its licensors. Third-party marks identify the products and owners concerned and do not automatically imply endorsement or an authorised relationship.

Nothing limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Subject to mandatory law, indirect business losses and delays caused by events outside reasonable control are excluded. Applicable US law governs these Terms while preserving mandatory rights in the customer’s state.
